Meditation für Anfänger
is a mindfulness meditation teacher. She is also success coach and a yoga instructor. She loves sharing all she has learned about success, happiness and goal achievement with others.
She used to be a high school teacher and vice principal in her native country of Switzerland. But she felt something was missing in her life. She decided to pursue her dream and to live in Canada, study meditation and happiness.
She left everything behind moved to Canada and started teaching people how to meditate. Now almost 7 years later she has helped hundreds of individuals and corporate leaders to grow through their stress and unhappiness and low self esteem.
She maintains a private practice in Toronto as a life coach and teaches mindfulness meditation both to individuals and at the corporate level. She loves sharing all she has learned about success, happiness and meditation with others.
